• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract)
• 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (or soy yogurt for dairy free)
• 3/4 cup milk of choice
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients to form batter. Using cooking spray in a skillet, make
your pancakes!
2. Top with syrup and fruit of choice.
